The Multi-Wah is a three-in-one effect pedal: it features an envelope filter triggered by your playing dynamics; an auto-wah that cycles the filter with a low-frequency oscillator; and a traditional wah-wah, which is controlled by a unique dome-shaped optical control pedal (included). All three effects can be used simultaneously if you want! It works equally well with both guitar and bass. The "manual" knob controls the center frequency of the filter. The wah expression-dome, with its 2-foot cable, is a great way to have expression-pedal control without taking up much pedalboard space. All new EXAR pedals use silent true-bypass switching, and they have 1 Meg input impedance, to bring out all the high-end detail even from passive instruments and long cables. The housing is rugged cast metal, in the same small size as MXR, Keeley, and other compact pedals, plus it has a convenient easy-access battery door.
