• The pedal you will receive is brand new and unopened, with full factory warranty. OVNIFX is an authorized EXAR dealer.
• All EXAR pedals can be powered with either a battery or any standard 9VDC center-negative power supply such as the kind used with Boss, MXR, Ibanez, etc.
• Neither a battery nor a wall-wart power supply are included with these pedals.
• We pack using USPS Priority Mail boxes, and plenty of bubble wrap.
• These pedals come with the retail box and the instructions, and no other accessories (except for the Multi-Wah, which includes an additional controller pedal).
• If you want to send the pedal back, or if you have any other problem to resolve, please read through the policies we have posted here. If your concern or issue is not covered in the stated policies, please contact us by email and we will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly and help you to the best of our ability.
• EXAR products are hand-made in Poland, by experienced technical manufacturers, to a very high standard of quality. EXAR has been in business since 1985.
• You may have noticed that EXAR pedals look exactly like Jacques pedals--this is because EXAR manufactures all of the housings and switches for Jacques. However the effect circuits inside are different.
• "OVNI" is how they say "UFO" in Spanish, Italian, French, and Portuguese. OVNIFX is pronounced oh-vnee-effects, or think of the long "ov" in over, and "ni" sounds like knee.
• What's with the robot/spaceman logo--why not a flying saucer? If you look closely at the spaceman, its shapes are composed of the letters O, V, N, and I.
