OVNIFX STORE POLICIES:
• First and foremost, we have 100% positive feedback and we intend to keep it that way! If you ever have any issue with our product or delivery, contact us promptly--we want to make it right. Email us at: exar (at) ovnifx.com
• EXAR pedals come with a 3-year warranty: within 3 years of the purchase date, any defective or failing pedal will be replaced for free--we will even pay the postage for you to mail the defective pedal back to us. So keep your receipt! After 3 years, EXAR will repair the pedal, with your only cost being postage (both sending and receiving). This warranty is voided by improper handling of the pedal, misuse, or any attempts to repair or modify the pedal by anyone other than the EXAR service department. This warranty only applies to defective or faulty products.
• If you wish to return a pedal because you changed your mind, or you do not like it, we will accept the return but we will charge a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the amount that we refund to you. You will be responsible for the cost of postage to return the pedal to us. We will issue your refund, minus the restocking fee, after we receive and inspect the pedal. If the pedal is found to show noticeable signs of wear and tear, such as scuffs or scratches, we will deduct an additional 20% (the fee total will be 40%) as the item can now only be sold as "used". Please bear these policies in mind when ordering.
• If a pedal is damaged and needs repair, please email us and we will do our best to get you taken care of promptly. Costs depend on the repairs needed.
• We ONLY ship to North America (Canada, USA, Mexico), Central America, and USA territories such as Puerto Rico, Samoa, APO/FPO, etc.--no other countries! Customers in other countries should visit the ExarElectronix website to find a dealer in your region.
• OVNIFX will always ship within two business days of receiving your payment. We ship for free by USPS Priority Mail to anywhere in the USA, and to APO/FPO addresses. We do not offer any faster shipping methods. Postage to US customers includes a USPS Delivery Confirmation (tracking) number, and we will email that number to you promptly upon shipping.
• To customers outside the USA, postage is $5 per pedal (with reduced rates for shipping more than two pedals), by USPS International Priority Mail. This service does not include a tracking number, but we will email you with the USPS international customs form number. If you need a proper tracking number, we can use a different shipping service, but it will cost quite a bit more. Please email us at: exar (at) ovnifx.com to find out the exact cost of shipping the items you want with a tracking number from a non-USPS service. We will not falsify the value on customs forms. |
